Training of Faculty of Commerce Students – Benha University at Banque Misr, Mostafa Kamel Branch

On Saturday, August 9th, 2025, the second phase of the training program for Faculty of Commerce students concluded. The program was organized in collaboration with Banque Misr, under the supervision of the Center for Studies and Research at the Faculty, as part of the cooperation protocol signed between the two parties.
Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Magdy Meligy Abdel Hakim, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Banque Misr – Mostafa Kamel Branch, located in Downtown Cairo, hosted the second training round (ROUND 2) for the registered students.A total of 241 students participated and were divided into well-organized training groups. The training was conducted under the direct supervision of bank employees, who provided a comprehensive overview of the bank's organizational structure, the functions of various departments, and the mechanisms for dealing with clients.The training also included a fully integrated simulation, during which students and bank staff alternated roles between “client” and “employee.” This hands-on experience played a key role in reinforcing banking concepts and deepening the students’ understanding of daily banking procedures.The Faculty of Commerce – Benha University extends its sincere appreciation and gratitude to the management of Banque Misr – Mostafa Kamel Branch for their outstanding organization, warm hospitality, and fruitful cooperation, which greatly contributed to the overall success of the training day.The participating students expressed their great satisfaction and enthusiasm for this practical and unique training experience, highlighting the benefit of direct interaction with the real banking environment, learning from the expertise of bank staff, overcoming the fear of real-world work, and building self-confidence.
